Shipping & Returns

The Edit offers a strict 14 - day exchange/ credit note only returns policy, conditional on approval*

It is advised that credit notes are used within 3 months from your initial purchase date.

How do I Exchange/ Return?

• Please contact info@shop-the-edit.co.uk or DM us on Instagram to have your return approved.
• Once approved, we will send you the return address information.
• Return the parcel to us Royal Mail signed for within 14 days of when you receive your item.
• We will then notify you once we have received and inspected the item.
• You will then be given the option to exchange or sent a credit note for the same price.

*Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be approved.

Care Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of odour/ stains and in its original packaging to avoid damage whilst in transit. 

If the item is not returned in the condition it was sent out, we have a right to decline the return. 

Return Postage Costs

As we are a small business, original shipping costs and costs to return the item are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to keep proof of postage as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
